The new patent-pending universal mag press, designed in-house by the engineering team at FG, quickly and easily removes and inserts different types of mag roller hubs, including those for remanufactured HP 4200/4300/4345, HP 4250/4350, HP P4014/P4015/P4515, HP 5200, HP 8100, HP 9000 and HP/Canon WX monochrome cartridges.
The universal mag press is a great tool to improve the quality of your remanufactured product. It provides consistency in TIR (Total Indicated Runout) and helps reduce banding, a common print defect that results from improper installation of the mag roller hub. There is also less risk of damaging the mag hub and sleeve during removal and installation.
